International HR Specialist
Requirements:
- Holds a valid HR license or certification.
- Possesses a degree closely related to Human Resource Management such us Human Resource Management (HRM),Industrial Relations or Labor Management, International Relations, Business Management or Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related.
- Demonstrated HR experience in Indonesia and internationally.
- Proficient in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging with international employees.
- A skilled mediator, adept at bridging the gap between employees and management across various facets of HR, from career development to conflict resolution.
- Proactive self-starter with a commitment to safeguarding the company's values and ensuring compliance through meticulous testing and identification of potential talents and legal gaps in the HR domain.
- Residence in or Willingness to Relocate to Surabaya.
- Leverage your international HR experience to navigate diverse HR landscapes.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management, fostering positive relations and conflict resolution.
- Drive career development initiatives and address employee concerns.
- Safeguard the company's most valuable asset – its people.
- Conduct tests, identify potential talents, and bridge gaps in HR compliance.
