Production Site Manager
Do you have experience in setting up production plans and managing an electronics assembly & test crew? Do
you love to run an organized set-up? You love to be in a highly technological environment and you are driven
to get our products and projects delivered to our customers in time? Do you know how to deal with a high-

Your main responsibilities
• Responsible for managing, improving and growing the Production, Calibration & Test, Procurement
- Support the ramp-up of the manufacturing facility taking into account increasing numbers and the
- Handle effectively the supply of subassemblies and components from external partners
- Plan our assembly and test activities for our main product lines to ensure maximum performance
- Determine the most optimal production workflow
- Determine manpower and material requirements as part of Sales&Operations planning
- Assign assembly and test technicians to specific tasks
- Be responsible for on time production output and product quality
- Address issues in assembly and test and determine corrective actions to maintain planning
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality control, R&D and sales
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Proven work experience as a Plant Manager
- Having experience in managing and growing a team
- Having experience in transferring high-tech designs into production
- Having experience with ERP and planning systems
- Having experience in an electronics (project) assembly environment
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, manufacturing leads, engineering leads
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Firsthand experience in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation and inventory management
- You are a team player, but can also work alone
- You are flexible in drawing up plans and managing small improvement projects
- You work thoughtfully and in consultation to achieve the best result
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in MS-Office
