What part will you play?
- You develop with key experts, individualized and group training programs on SIAM topics (based on ITIL)
- You drive SIAM strategic values and mindset through all training and development activities
- Furthermore you develop training material with key experts and implement effective and purposeful training methods using various formats (e.g., Web-based Training, On-site Training, Remote Training, Training nuggets, …)
- You manage the continuous improvement of training and processes in close coordination with key stakeholders
- In addition, you coordinate the training execution and track the effectiveness of training
- You develop, implement, and manage Siemens SIAM internal certifications
- Therefore you act as coach, consultant, and supporter for Service Owners
- You establish, maintain and market a comprehensive Training Platform for Value Center Heads, Service Owners, Service Managers, and everybody involved in Service Management
- Lastly, you market the brand of SIAM (e.g., presentations on SIAM values and benefits in stakeholder meetings) and drive adoption of applications and services into the SIAM ecosystem
What you need to make real what matters.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or business administration
- You have proven ITIL/SIAM knowledge (ITIL V4 Foundation Certification preferred)
- In addition, you have proven experience in ITSM tool ServiceNow
- You have Proven many years of experience in training design, organization, and execution, ideally as ITIL trainer
- You have experience in UI/UX or Web design
- Your excellent presentation skills in English distinguish yourself
- You have also excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
- You have very strong influential relationship management skills with Senior Stakeholders, Value Center Heads, colleagues, and external service providers as well as excellent organizational skills
